approach
With a focus on giving natural light to all users, and ensuring seamless functionality and comfort, this design centres around a reception pod from which staff can maintain window views as well as the adjacent sitting area. The space is connected yet private, with light streaming in from north-facing windows being shared with the entire space via frosted glass doors.
A patient-centric design that personifies the quality of care and vibrancy of personality.
Results
A classic yet iconic look assists in giving patients confidence in the expertise and care provided in the practice and the use of soft curves reflected the warmth and kind nature of the doctors. Awarded a Corian Design Award (Commercial Segment Edition 1 2020) this light filled space shares with all users a view of Wickham Terrace’s iconic windmill and adjacent Roma Street Parklands for a relaxed, comfortable experience.
