Working on a corner block gave us the change to give each townhouse a sense of independence that gives each dwelling a House feel. With comfortable living areas for entertainment and relaxed private spaces with a sanctuary feel.
Designed for the design savvy modern family, materials were to be sustainable, easy to maintain and have an edgy industrial look.
Entertainment areas expand to the private courtyards to take advantage of Brisbane’s sub-tropical climate.
Results
This multi-residential design provides each owner with the privacy and comfort found in a single house, including private entry and courtyards. Efficient design was the key to comfortable private and social areas within the restrictions of an inner-city site.
